Patricia Dubé

Odyssée Agence was born of founder Patricia Dubé's desire to make her dreams come true through her work. Patricia is a pharmacist by training and was a pharmacy owner for 13 years. She made her first professional shift in 2016 when she founded Leadership Santé. Leadership Santé is a leadership training company specializing in the healthcare field in Quebec to support professional owners as well as their teams in the development of their self-management and leadership skills. 

 

Odyssée formation is the next logical step in the development of Leadership Santé, which promotes Patricia's vision of: 

 

Being Fully. 

 

For Patricia, Being Fully means making the most of life, and to do that, you have to know what makes your heart beat and simply do it.

 

At the top of his list is the discovery of the world and its wonders.

It was during a 3-month family trip in the winter of 2022 that this idea began to take shape. The equation became very simple: combine the usefulness of training with the pleasure of travel!
